This is a very pretty and functional dress. I shirred the bodice and added a tie strap for around the neck. It has a little ruffle at the bottom. This can be perfect for work, festivals, dinners, gatherings, etc.....

Length is 34"

Bust laying naturally is 14" but will stretch up to about 32"

Spin is 40"
