Measurements are as follows:  ~Skirts *Length is from where the waist begins to the hem. * Waist has a maximum and can cinch as small as you need. * The spin is taken either at the hem or where the ruffle starts, if there is a ruffle.  ~Pants *Length is from the waist to the hem, there is an inseam and outseam measurement. *Waist can be elastic, drawstring or fixed. *Spin is for each pant leg at the hem.
